Are your diamonds ethically sourced and conflict free?
All of our diamonds are conflict free and responsibly sourced from reputable manufacturers who comply with the Kimberly process.
Where are you based?
We are Australian-owned and operated business located in Sydney.
Can your team assist me with my online purchase?
Of course! Our team is always here to help with any questions or concerns you may have. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Will my Diamond be laser inscribed?
Yes, all of our diamonds weighing 0.30ct and over are GIA certified with an individual laster inscription.
Can I purchase one of your settings if I have my own diamond or gemstone?
Unfortunately no, all our rings are specifically crafted to fit diamonds purchased from Diamond Alley.
Can you find a special diamond that does not appear in your inventory?
Yes, if you can’t find what you are looking for, please get in touch with us at [email protected] or call X.
Where is your jewellery manufactured?
All our jewellery is manufactured in Australia.
Can I view a diamond before purchasing?
We offer 360-degree videos of our diamonds for online viewing, giving you a personalised experience from home.
Can I return a ring that has been engraved?
Unfortunately, all jewellery that has been personally engraved cannot be returned.
What is your exchange policy?
At Diamond Alley, we take pride in our craftsmanship and uphold strict quality control standards.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a purchased piece for another item in our collection, we offer a 30-day exchange policy from the date of purchase. This does not apply to personalised or engraved pieces.
- Returns: In the unlikely event that your jewellery is faulty or significantly different from its description, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your item. This does not apply to personalised or engraved pieces.

What is your turnaround time?
- For loose diamonds, please allow 4-6 weeks.
- For custom-made pieces, please allow 8-10 weeks, as each piece is custom-made to order.
- For ready-made jewellery, we ship withint 1-2 business days.
